Helpful information

ACCESS : There is a lockbox labeled “Miravista 9” with physical keys inside, hanging on the drive gate. The keys will open the condo door, the condo screen, the gate from the beach to the pool, the drive gate padlock, and the pedestrian gate.
- PARKING- Parking spot #9.
- Main gate during day time - open manually
- Night time - use key on key ring to open padlock on vehicle gate
- Pedestrian Walk-through Gate- use pedestrian gate key for access 24 hours a day
- There is a rubber key chain you can attach the keys to if you would like, located in a bowl on the table inside the condo.
QUIET HOURS : Mira Vista is a residential complex. The HOA strictly enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am; please refrain from making excessive noise that may bother the neighbors. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred by HOA violations.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION : The only transportation services legally allowed at the airport are private transportation companies, taxis, and rental cars. Please click the “Transportation” link if you would like to see rates for private transportation from the airport to the property.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION : Uber is available in Los Cabos, and taxis will be readily available in the downtown area.
ACs and STREAMING SERVICES : We will leave on the ACs and the TV so you know they are working upon arrival.
POOL: The pool is available for guest use. Please note that loud music is not permitted in the common areas.
TRASH: Please take bags outside the parking lot gates- to the right you will see two large storage containers to deposit garbage in.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY : Our concierge staff is available through your booking platform (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc) from 9 am to 9 pm Cabo time, 7 days a week.

  - An after-hours emergency consists of a serious WATER LEAK or any type of GAS LEAK at the property.
