Helpful information

SECURITY : Guests may enter through the main lobby from 9 am to 8 pm. Outside of those hours, please use the gate on the right side of the building.

ACCESS : The house has an electronic keypad on the front door. You will receive the code via your booking platform (i.e. AirBnB or VRBO) the morning of arrival. PLEASE NOTE: The condo is on the third floor, but you must press “2” on the elevator.
QUIET HOURS : Cardinal Living is a residential complex. The HOA strictly enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am; please refrain from making excessive noise that may bother the neighbors. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred by HOA violations.
CHECK-OUT IS AT 10 AM: Please…

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION : The only transportation services legally allowed at the airport are private transportation companies, taxis, and rental cars. Please click the “Transportation” link if you would like to see rates for private transportation from the airport to the property.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION : Uber is available in Los Cabos, and taxis will be readily available in the downtown area.
ACs and STREAMING SERVICES : We will leave on the ACs and the TV so you know they are working upon arrival.
PARKING :***PLEASE be careful about street parking - there is a hospital and a school near the condo, so there are restricted zones where you may be ticketed for illegal parking. Please ONLY park where the curb is not painted and you aren't blocking access to driveways. Parking is not permitted in the spaces directly in front of the building - these are for suppliers that are loading and unloading for the businesses downstairs. POOL: The rooftop pool is available for guest use, as well as the exercise area.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY : Our concierge staff is available through your booking platform (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc) from 9 am to 9 pm Cabo time, 7 days a week.
