Helpful information

PARKING/HOUSE ACCESS: With the Google map link we sent, upon reaching the small roundabout, take a right and head up the hill. You'll see the yellow condos on your left, with a gate in front and a small parking lot to the left. Feel free to park there temporarily.
Go up the stairs, turn right, and look for the condos with the Royal Blue Stripe. The electronic keypad at the front door will have a code sent to you via your booking platform on the morning of your arrival.
**Note:** The condo is on the second floor. After receiving the clicker, you can access the condo through the gate; it’s the 3rd building on your left. You can park in any available spot for the condos with the blue stripe.
The Exit Gate is straight ahead from the entrance gate, please exit through that side of the complex.
TRASH: To the right of the exit gate, you will see the trash bins behind the yellow metal doors.
QUIET HOURS : Cabo del Mar is a residential complex. The HOA strictly enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am; please refrain from making excessive noise that may bother the neighbors. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred by HOA violations.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION : The only transportation services legally allowed at the airport are private transportation companies, taxis, and rental cars. Please click the “Transportation” link if you would like to see rates for private transportation from the airport to the property.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION : Uber is available in Los Cabos, and taxis will be readily available in the downtown area.
ACs and STREAMING SERVICES : We will leave on the ACs and the TV so you know they are working upon arrival.
POOL: The pool is available for guest use, as well as the BBQ area.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY : Our concierge staff is available through your booking platform (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc) from 9 am to 9 pm Cabo time, 7 days a week.
