LOCAL TRANSPORTATION : Uber is available in Los Cabos, but is notoriously unreliable. Taxis are great for returning to the house, but it can be hard to call them for pickups. WATER USAGE : Please conserve water to avoid inconveniences during your stay. Remember, Los Cabos is a desert region that experiences frequent water shortages! Water supply for ALL private homes and condos in Los Cabos is held in cisterns underneath the property; the municipality sends water to neighborhoods in a round-robin, usually once every 2 - 3 weeks, to fill all the cisterns. If the water runs out, the HOA will have to call a water truck to fill the cistern and there could be delays in service.
