Helpful information

SECURITY : Villa Alegria is located in a small, gated oceanfront community comprised of three homes. You will receive the gate code via AirBnB the morning of arrival.
ACCESS : The house has a lockbox on the wall to the right of the front door. You will receive the code via AirBnB the morning of arrival.
QUIET HOURS : Please refrain from making excessive noise from 10 pm to 8 am.
CHECK-OUT : Please…

- Turn off all ACs
- Lock all doors and windows

ACs and SATELLITE TV : We will leave on the ACs and TV so you know they are working upon arrival. Please note, only the living room and master have satellite TV.
SONOS SOUND SYSTEM : We will leave the Sonos on for your arrival as well. Just turn on your Bluetooth once inside the house, and connect to the Sonos system.
GRILL : There will be an extra propane tank in the garage if you happen to run out.
TRASH - all trash MUST be bagged and placed in the can by the garage. No recycling pickup.

UBER : Uber is currently available in Los Cabos.
POOL AND GARDENING : The pool service and gardeners come on Tuesdays and Fridays. Even if you are using the pool, PLEASE allow the pool service to quickly take care of the pool to avoid cloudiness or other issues during your stay.
BEACH ACCESS : There is no direct beach access from this home. The Welk Resort, right next door, is usually open to guests using the beach as long as they consume in the restaurant/bar. Please confirm with them, as their policy may change over the course of the pandemic.
