CONCIERGE : We highly recommend stopping in to see the Copala Concierge as soon as possible after dropping your luggage off at the condo. This will make the rest of your stay much, much smoother with less likelihood of experiencing inconveniences.

***YOU MUST REGISTER WITH THE CONCIERGE TO OPEN A "FOLIO" IN ORDER TO RECEIVE DISCOUNTS ON DINING AND SERVICES AT ALL THE SISTER RESORTS***
FREE SHUTTLES : You must book the shuttle through the concierge (email or call). The shuttle passes through Copala on the half-hour and you must have a reservation due to limited space on shuttles. It will take you to Pueblo Bonito Sunset.
---SHUTTLES STOP RUNNING AT 10 PM. AFTER 10 PM, YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE A TAXI OR UBER BACK TO COPALA. Please keep this in mind to avoid inconvenience.
-For fine dining options, you'll need to get off at the lobby stop of Pueblo Bonito Sunset.
-The second stop is the Market - almost like a food court with offerings of Asian, Mexican, Sushi, 50’s diner, crepe station & desserts. The second stop is also where "THE AFTER" is, which is a bar (nightclub in the evenings" where there are plenty of TVs that show games like the Superbowl, World Series, etc.
***Once your "FOLIO" has been opened with the Copala Concierge, state your condo name/number - Copala 6505 - and get 20% off all food at resort restaurants!
SECURITY : Copala has very strict security for the residential neighborhood; you may be required to present a government-issued photo ID to check in with security at the front gate. This is for guest and resident protection.
ACCESS : The condo has an electronic keypad on the front door. You will receive the code via your booking platform (i.e. AirBnB or VRBO) 24 hours prior to arrival.
LOCATION: The condo is on the fifth floor of building 6. There are numbers outside each tower. ***WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH DETAILED DIRECTIONS VIA AIRBNB or VRBO MESSAGE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL***
QUIET HOURS : Copala is a residential neighborhood. Security strictly enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am; please refrain from making excessive noise that may bother the neighbors. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred by HOA violations.
POOL HOURS: 8 am - 10 pm
- Guests may use pools, hot tubs, and other amenities near the condo as well as at any one of the Copala sister properties. Please see the on-site concierge for more information.

ACs and STREAMING SERVICES : We will leave on the AC and TV so you know they are working upon arrival.
PARKING: Guests may park one vehicle IN AN UNCOVERED SPACE outside the building where condo 6505 is located. -----IF YOU WILL HAVE A RENTAL CAR, YOU MUST SEE THE CONCIERGE FOR A PARKING PASS----- They will need the license plate number, the make/model of the vehicle, and a $5 USD refundable deposit that will be returned when you turn in the parking pass at the end of your stay.
TRASH goes in the room to the right of the stairwell, at the end of the hall.
TRANSPORTATION TO THE BEACH: You can reserve a shuttle from Copala to Pueblo Bonito Sunset and then take the resort bus to Pueblo Bonito Rose, which is right on Medano beach. You can also drive & park there as a Copala resident. Walk through the hotel onto the beach - cocktails, beach vendors & water taxis are all right there! Book the bus back or take a taxi/private transportation straight to Copala.
TOWELS : ONLY BEACH TOWELS can be brought down to the Copala pools. PLEASE do not bring white bath towels to the pools.
*****QUIVIRA RESORTS OUTSIDE OF COPALA PROVIDE TOWELS. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO BRING OUR TOWELS TO ANY OF THE RESORTS OUTSIDE OF COPALA.*****
GETTING AROUND TOWN: Uber is currently available in Los Cabos but is notoriously unreliable. We can recommend a private chauffeur who charges comparable pricing to Uber, but Uber and private drivers are NOT PERMITTED to pass through security to pick up guests at Copala unless they have an official sticker as a registered transportation company. ONLY taxis are allowed. However, an Uber or private driver may enter to drop a guest off at their condo.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY : Our concierge staff is available through your booking platform (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc) from 9 am to 9 pm Cabo time, 7 days a week.
