Helpful information

CONCIERGE : We highly recommend stopping in to see the Copala Concierge as soon as possible after dropping your luggage off at the condo. This will make the rest of your stay much, much smoother with less likelihood of experiencing inconveniences.

SECURITY : Copala has very strict security for the residential neighborhood; you may be required to present a government-issued photo ID to check in with security at the front gate. This is for guest and resident protection.
ACCESS : The condo has an electronic keypad on the front door. You will receive the code via your booking platform (i.e. AirBnB or VRBO) 24 hours prior to arrival.
LOCATION: The condo is on the fifth floor of building 6. There are numbers outside each tower. ***WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH DETAILED DIRECTIONS VIA AIRBNB or VRBO MESSAGE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL***
QUIET HOURS : Copala is a residential neighborhood. Security strictly enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am; please refrain from making excessive noise that may bother the neighbors. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred by HOA violations.

ACs and STREAMING SERVICES : We will leave on the AC and TV so you know they are working upon arrival.
PARKING: Guests may park one vehicle IN AN UNCOVERED SPACE outside the building where condo 6505 is located. -----IF YOU WILL HAVE A RENTAL CAR, YOU MUST SEE THE CONCIERGE FOR A PARKING PASS----- They will need the license plate number, the make/model of the vehicle, and a $5 USD refundable deposit that will be returned when you turn in the parking pass at the end of your stay.
TRASH goes in the room to the right of the stairwell, at the end of the hall.
TOWELS : ONLY BEACH TOWELS can be brought down to the Copala pools. PLEASE do not bring white bath towels to the pools.
GETTING AROUND TOWN: Uber is currently available in Los Cabos but is notoriously unreliable. We can recommend a private chauffeur who charges comparable pricing to Uber, but Uber and private drivers are NOT PERMITTED to pass through security to pick up guests at Copala unless they have an official sticker as a registered transportation company. ONLY taxis are allowed. However, an Uber or private driver may enter to drop a guest off at their condo.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY : Our concierge staff is available through your booking platform (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc) from 9 am to 9 pm Cabo time, 7 days a week.
