Helpful information

SECURITY : The Misiones HOA has strict security; you will be required to present a government-issued photo ID to check in with security at the front gate. This is for guest and resident protection.
GUEST CONTACT INFORMATION : Out of an abundance of caution due to the pandemic, the Misiones HOA requires that we provide the phone number and email of at least one guest per party. You will only be contacted in case of emergency as related to the pandemic; according to the HOA, all data will be purged from their system every 30 days.
ACCESS : The house has a lockbox on the front door. You will receive the code via AirBnB the morning of arrival.
QUIET HOURS : Misiones is a residential neighborhood. The HOA strictly enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am; please refrain from making excessive noise that may bother the neighbors. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred by HOA violations.

ACs and STREAMING SERVICES : We will leave on the ACs and Netflix so you know they are working upon arrival.
PARKING : Joe will check all guests in with the HOA prior to arrival as much as possible. He will leave a parking pass in the condo that should be hung on the rearview mirror of your vehicle while parked at the resort.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION :Uber is available in Los Cabos, but is notoriously unreliable. Taxis are great for returning to the house, but it can be hard to call them for pickups. We recommend a private driver named Felipe Martinez- he is very reliable, English-speaking, and charges comparable rates to Uber. Text or calls please contact

TRASH goes in the cans by the HOA office, right next to the closest parking lot to building 4.
TAXI SERVICE: Taxis are usually available right outside the main security gate and throughout the downtown/marina areas.
UBER : Uber is currently available everywhere in Los Cabos except federal airport property.
