Helpful information

SECURITY : Puerta Cabos Village has strict security for the condo complex; you must provide a QR code to enter the neighborhood. We will send you the code via AirBnB prior to your arrival.
ACCESS : The condo has an electronic keypad on the front door. You will receive the code via AirBnB the morning of arrival. PLEASE NOTE: There is a backup lockbox with physical keys in it in case the key malfunctions. The code is the same as the door code.
LOCATION: The condo is on the third floor of the building to your right after passing through security.
QUIET HOURS : Puerta Cabos Village is a residential neighborhood. Security strictly enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am; please refrain from making excessive noise that may bother the neighbors. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred by HOA violations.
POOL HOURS: 7 am - 11 pm
- Guests may use both pools - the one closest to the ocean is heated, the other is not.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION : The only transportation services legally allowed at the airport are private transportation companies, taxis, and rental cars. Please click the “Transportation” link if you would like to see rates for private transportation from the airport to the property.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION : Uber is available in Los Cabos, but is notoriously unreliable. Taxis are great for returning to the house, but it can be hard to call them for pickups. We recommend a private driver named Jesus Chico- he is very reliable, English-speaking, and charges comparable rates to Uber. Please contact:

ACs and STREAMING SERVICES : We will leave the ACs and TV on so you know they are working upon arrival.
PARKING: Guests may park in the designated space for unit H303, in the underground parking area.
TRASH goes in the trash chute by the elevators.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY : Our concierge staff is available through your booking platform (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc) from 9 am to 9 pm Cabo time, 7 days a week.
