SECURITY : Security 24/7. You MUST check in with security upon arrival.
ACCESS : The condo has an electronic keypad on the front door. You will receive the code via your booking platform (i.e. AirBnB or VRBO) the morning of arrival. PLEASE NOTE: There is a backup lockbox with physical keys in it in case the key malfunctions. The code is the same as the door code.
LOCATION: Take the elevator up to the third floor, condo 304B.
QUIET HOURS :Amaterra is a residential complex. Security strictly enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am; please refrain from making excessive noise that may bother the neighbors. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred by HOA violations.
POOL HOURS: 7 am - 11 pm

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION : The only transportation services legally allowed at the airport are private transportation companies, taxis, and rental cars. Please click the “Transportation” link if you would like to see rates for private transportation from the airport to the property.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION : Uber is available in Los Cabos, and is usually readily available in the area around the condo. If you prefer private transportation off-platform, we recommend a private driver named Jesus Chico- he is very reliable, English-speaking, and charges comparable rates to Uber. ACs and STREAMING SERVICES : We will leave the ACs and TV on so you know they are working upon arrival.
PARKING: Guests may park in the designated spot for condo 304B.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY : Our concierge staff is available through your booking platform (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc) from 9 am to 9 pm Cabo time, 7 days a week.
